Meet Reine
My name is Reine Nader, mum of Alice, parent coach, and architect. When my daughter Alice was born, my life transformed, resembling the whirlwind of "Alice in Wonderland." I made the choice to stay home to raise her in her early years—a decision that sparked an internal struggle within me. In my quest to find my old self, I realised change was inevitable. My daughter's daily challenges made me feel triggered, guilty, and resentful. I started reading books and listening to podcasts, but it was not enough. To overcome these feelings, I embarked on a parent discovery journey. This journey not only helped me navigate parenthood but also ignited significant personal growth, leading me to where I am today. I am a certified parent coach, through the Jai Institute for Parenting.
